The idea of shortening makes me wanna gag, but it's a necessary evil for yummy pie crust.  My recipe only uses butter, flour, salt, and vodka--put it in a food processor and BAM!

It's very hard for me to STOP.  (I think Tim Gunn calls it "editing.")  It feels like being lazy, or cheating, sometimes.  But it's not, and I need to get over myself.  Going crazy and 'all in' is good, and so is simplicity.

The background here is from a photocopied image I made over a decade ago in school were the cover was not completely down and made this nice little pattern.  I was zoomed in on one of my wisdom teeth, which will work its way into something someday, I'm sure.

Some people wouldn't consider most of these "cars" at all, really, since we have a truck, a station wagon, and a big ol' van.  Not sorry.

The black vinyl edge on the left is from the F that was originally on this little guy.
